  • Well, if I hit every point properly, I should be back in Italy in a little over a week.  I'm glad that it's such a short mount of time for traveling, and yet, I'm not "glad".  Part of this can probably be blamed on stockholm syndrome, since I seem to have no thoughts against living in Texas.  Yes, the brainwashing is complete.  I'm more attached to the people here, but that's a story for a later entry.

In the meantime, my sudden leaving has prompted me to begin buying stuff that I will need when I get back to Italy.  For the past 9 months, I've been wearing sneakers by Salomon, and it's time for a new pair.  Actually, I bought 2 new pairs: the Salomon XA Pro 3D XCR Trail-Running Shoes (Autobahn color) and the Salomon XA Pro 3D Trail-Running Shoes  (Pewter color).  I find the design is really good, they're really stable, and what's not to like about speed laces.  I haven't had to stop to retie my laces in months.

I also need to make a list of things that I need to do when I get back.  Notice the word "need".  That means that "wine tasting" will not be on this initial list.  Instead, it will include such wonderful tasks like "restart car insurance", "get car and put air in the tires", "get a cell phone", and "buy food".  I will also need to purchase things that I want/need but didn't get before the deployment such as a home phone, television, internet access, a microwave, toaster, and a sewing machine.

This week's entries are brought to you by:

People, you see all the stuff I need to buy.  Buy one.  Actually, just send me the money.
    **Edit: Changed the original pic**

    Black 6, out.

  • Hello, Glad to see you will finally make it back to your home. I am one that does not get offended too much, but unfortunately, your picture crossed my line. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control I am DISABLE. I did not become this way because of doing evil bad things like drugs, and or alcohol. Funny the people that abuse their bodies seem to be disease free. I have fought this disease for years. The main problem I have right now is due to the medicine I suffered horrible side effects. These included my hip literally collapsing. I at one time was an avid runner, dancer, karate, climber, etc. Now I am focusing on helping people in need. God knows some days I literally can not move. It is horrible, and yes when I only need to (usually not often) I will park in a handicap parking place. By the way, Multiple Sclerosis generally attacks people in their 20’s, which was my case. Oh, Montel Williams suffers from this disease too. This is his site referring to MS:

  • Hey if you need a spare fuel tank I have a minorly used one with a small dent and hole in it.. And hell, I like you so much, I'll just give the thing to do. According to the autorepair guy it costs $300 for a new one. Look at how much your saving... LMAO...

  • Okay, new picture is CUTE. Sir, you are kind! Thank you for understanding. Unfortunately, right now my sensitive side is showing. Yes, it is sad how people will pile up stuff when their children are going without. I guess it is a southern thing, but I see so many trucks jacked up so high you need a ladder to get in. My first thought apparently trying to makeup for “short” comings. Take care please, Sharon

  • if you ever come to texas lemme know.

  • AWESOME PICTURE!!!!!

Lemme know how those Salomans are doing. I might buy those amphibian ones for runs/swims race deals through the local mountains. Now all I need is $100...
